Education-based Childcare
Using a play-based approach and through a full Spanish immersion program in our childcare, we focus on developing the following: Each child’s sense of self and a sense of confidence in themselves, strong communication skills, the mastering of problem-solving techniques, and collaboration with teachers and peers. This instills in children a love of learning.
Our programs offer more than childcare
- Full-Time Childcare. Since the first years of a child's life are critical for establishing an appreciation for learning, our programs provide sufficient time to improve learning outcomes for children. Smarties Academy offers day-long, in-school instruction from 8 am to 4:30 pm.
- Pre-K and Kindergarten. Smarties Academy aims to increase the school preparedness of young children. Our Pre-K Program prepares children for Kindergarten, and our Kindergarten Program encourages critical thinking.
- Early Childhood Education. We provide a learning center, enrichment program, and holistic childcare. Activities vary throughout the day.

Smarties Academy is a full-time, year-round group learning environment for children ages six weeks to five years of age. Smarties Teachers are native Spanish speakers and most are from various Latin-American countries. We also have families from various ethnic backgrounds.
