Smarties Academy openings for enrollment are offered to families on our waiting list. If you are interested in your child attending our program, we encourage all families to submit a waiting list.

There is a $55 non-refundable fee per family to process the waitlist application. Once a spot becomes available, we will notify you by email and phone. It is very important that you ensure that your contact information and child's information is kept up to date. Specific gender and birthdates are often taken into account when enrolling a student. Please note that siblings of children that receive a spot or who are already enrolled in the school receive priority placement.

Tuition for 2023-2024

0-23 Months    $1,975 paid monthly

Tuition rate includes the following: solid food (for children 6 months and older), individual feeding plan, chlorine free diapers, chlorine free wipes, diaper creams, annual enrollment fee and classroom fee.

0-23 Months    $1,898 paid monthly

For Parents using cloth diapers
Tuition rate includes the following: solid food (for children 6 month and older), individual feeding plan, annual enrollment fee and classroom fee. This rate is for parents using cloth diapers. Parents must provide all cloth diapers necessary, wipes, wet bags and any sprays/creams.

24-35 Months    $1,839 paid monthly

Tuition rate includes the following: organic breakfast, lunch, snack and milk. Chlorine free diapers, pull-ups, wipes, diaper creams, annual enrollment fee and classroom fee.

36-60+ Months   $1,762 paid monthly

Tuition rate includes the following: organic breakfast, lunch, snack, milk, annual enrollment fee and classroom fee. This rate is for parents using cloth diapers or for children who are fully potty trained. Parents using cloth diapers must provide all cloth diapers necessary, wipes, wet bags and any sprays/creams.

Tuition is due monthly, payable to Smarties ChildCare LLC by the 5th of every month.
There is a late payment fee of $35 for up to 3 days.
There is a late payment fee of $100 after 8th of the month.

There is a fee of $35 for every bounced check.

Upon enrollment, parents must provide a non-refundable deposit equivalent of one month's tuition which will be applied to the child's last month at Smarties. (This amount will not be prorated)

There is an annual tuition increase at the start of every calendar year, effective January 1st for new families and August 1st for currently enrolled families. The annual increase will be between 2-4% .

We do not offer sibling discount

Due to COVID-19 precautions, we are not scheduling any in person tours at this time.
